1.Who can use the service

The service is offered to people who are 18 or older and live in the United States. Starting a trial confirms both, and accounts that do not meet these conditions may be closed.

Sign-in uses a Google identity. Google's own age and account requirements apply in addition to these terms.

2.What you may forward

Do not forward regulated or health data. The service is not designed for HIPAA-regulated use, does not offer business associate agreements, and is not assessed for PCI, FERPA, or similar regimes. Message content is encrypted at rest but remains readable by the running service, as the security model describes.

You are responsible for what leaves your inbox. Use a forwarding filter, a label, or a manual forward to send only the mail your agent needs. Anyone who learns your alias can send mail to it, so treat everything that arrives as untrusted.

Do not forward mail you have no right to share, and do not use the service to send unsolicited mail or to evade another service's terms.

3.Plans, retention and deletion

The trial is free and needs no card. Paid plans are billed as described in the workspace at the time you choose them; the amount due and when a change takes effect are shown before you confirm it. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Promotional credits are applied before charging your payment method; once credits are used up, subsequent amounts due are charged automatically. Subscription cancellation keeps access through the paid period and does not start another trial.

Deleting your whole account instead ends access immediately and requests immediate subscription cancellation. Mail cleanup continues if billing is temporarily unavailable; renewals remain possible until cancellation is confirmed. Refunds and unused credit are handled through support. Deletion does not automatically refund or forfeit credit; limited billing and credit records remain for support review. A keyed, one-way lookup of your sign-up email remains with those records so support can find them.

Retention is explicit and expiry is automatic. Deleting an address destroys the keys its content was stored under. For seven days after paid access ends, you can export remaining available messages, subject to their existing retention and deletion limits. Keep your own copy of any mail you rely on; forwarding keeps the original in your inbox.

4.Changes and contact

Features, limits and prices may change. The version of these terms in force when you started your trial is recorded with your account; material changes are announced in the workspace before they take effect.

What the service can access, how it handles mail and its known limits are described in security.md. That document is the operative description of the service’s behaviour; these terms do not extend it.
